What We Do
User Centred Design Limited provides Usability, Accessibility, and Information Architecture consultancy services to blue-chip clients in the finance, mobile, telecoms and broadband industry sectors.
Typically, our services will include:
- Expert Usability Reviews
- Management of User Testing
- Production of Site Maps, Process Flows and Wireframes
...which usually involves:
- Working closely with Business Analysts and other industry stakeholders to capture and refine the key business requirements of a project
- The production of early low-fidelity prototypes and process flows in Visio, HTML or Powerpoint
- The creation of User Testing protocols and test plans
- The validation of initial business requirements with targeted user groups
- Delivery of concise User Test Reports
- Management of a full iterative cycle of User-Centred Design and Development processes
- Delivery of detailed Functional Specification documents to Build and Test teams
